Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a corner lot just 13 minutes from the Strip, walking distance to grocery stores and Walmart. RTC Bus 110 is only a 2 minute walk (0.3 miles) and Bus 212 is a 10 minute walk (0.7 miles). The peaceful surroundings, combined with the convenience of nearby amenities, create an ideal atmosphere for recovery. The lush greenery of Sunset Park offers a tranquil retreat, perfect for running or relaxation.
HOUSE
Spacious house with additional storage for your belongings, tools or personal effects. Fully equipped kitchen overlooking a tranquil backyard with a grill and mature palms. There is laundry on site. Upstairs are brand new nicely furnished double occupancy rooms ready for immediate move in. TV in the common area and in every room equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
ROOMS
Super clean, high ceilings and comfortable new beds and bedding, clean bathrooms. Ample closet space and drawer space for all your clothes. Smart TV in every room for your convenience and relaxation. We provide towels… just bring your own toothbrush and clothes and you are HOME.
