Boulevard Mall, UNLV, restaurants and a number of retail stores provide options to many employment opportunities to the residents of the house. RTC Bus lines 109 and 203 are right around the corner within walking proximity (1500 feet).
HOUSE
This spacious 5,000 sq. ft. sober living home in Las Vegas offers comfortable, clean and affordable recovery housing in a home that actually feels like home.
The property features granite countertops and backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a brand-new high-efficiency A/C system, plush new mattresses, and high-grade carpeting throughout. Our fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators and designated food shelving for every resident, so everyone has their own space.
Residents also have access to a home office with a computer and printer, on-site laundry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of common space. Additional storage for personal belongings, tools or other items is available for a small additional fee.
Outside, enjoy a large private patio and yard with a charcoal grill, firepit and plenty of space to relax.
For downtime, there’s a 75″ TV in the main common area plus 55″ TVs in every bedroom, with Netflix and Amazon Prime available.
No bunk beds. No overcrowded institutional feel. Just comfortable, structured sober living for men in Las Vegas with the amenities you need for your recovery journey.
